Whether you're running your first kilometre, returning after a long break, or training for your next race, you'll find a supportive community that celebrates progress over perfection. We believe running is for everyone, and there's a place for you here.

Joining is easy. Simply complete the online registration form, pay the membership fee securely through our website, and you'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know before your first run.

Your membership includes access to our weekly club runs, personalised guidance from our coaches, participation in club events, and being part of a supportive running community. Additional member benefits may be introduced as the club grows.

At this stage we are able to offer a split payment plan where 50% is paid immediately and the balance within 1 month.

Membership is currently a once-off payment and is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the club.

Absolutely. Everyday Run Club was created for everyone, including complete beginners. You don't need to be fast or experienced—just willing to take the first step.

No. Many people join to improve their fitness. We'll help you build confidence and consistency at your own pace.

Our routes vary depending on the session. We aim to cater for different fitness levels with a range of distances.

Ideally yes, however if you cannot make a session it will be your responsibility to inform your coach that you will miss a session so they are aware and can update your tracking.

Yes. Every scheduled run is led by one of our coaches or designated run leaders.

We recommend comfortable running shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water, and a positive attitude. For early morning or evening runs, reflective clothing is mandatory.

Any and all sessions will typically only be cancelled by the coach at the meeting point as rain may pass in a few minutes. In extenuating circumstances, communication will be sent out via the relevant channels.

Members under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise approved by the club.

Yes. Whether your goal is completing your first 5 km or preparing for a longer-distance event, our coaches can help you work towards your personal running goals.

Absolutely. Everyone starts somewhere. Depending on the session, walking or run-walk participation may be accommodated.

No. A comfortable pair of running shoes and clothing suitable for exercise are enough to get started. You can always upgrade your gear as you continue your running journey.
